By accepting these terms, you (“User”) authorize XCLUSIV (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to connect to your Meta account (Facebook and/or Instagram) and fetch your posts for display within the XCLUSIV app. Please read the following carefully before providing your consent.

1. Data You Authorize Us to Access

• Public and Private Posts

  • Facebook posts (text, photos, videos, comments).

  • Instagram posts (feed, Stories, Reels, captions).

• Basic Account Information

  • Name, profile picture, user ID.

  • Follower/following counts (for display purposes).

2. Purpose of Data Collection

• Display & Showcase

  • To feature your Meta posts in curated galleries, personal timeline, and event highlights within XCLUSIV.

• Personalization

  • To tailor recommendations of events, products, and services based on your interests as inferred from your Meta activity.

• User Experience

  • To streamline content sharing and eliminate manual uploads.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Storage

  • We securely store fetched posts on encrypted servers.

• Display

  • Your posts will appear in designated sections of XCLUSIV (e.g., “Your Meta Gallery,” event pages).

• Analytics

  • Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve app features and personalization algorithms.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

• No Sale of Personal Data

  • We do not sell your personal posts or information to third parties.

• Service Providers

  • We may share your data with trusted vendors (e.g., cloud-hosting, analytics) under strict confidentiality agreements.

• Meta Platform

  • Data remains subject to Meta’s Platform Policies and Privacy Practices.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• Retention Period

  • Your fetched posts remain on our servers for as long as your XCLUSIV account is active or until you revoke consent.

• Deletion Upon Revocation

  • Upon request, we will remove all fetched Meta posts from our servers and cease any further data retrieval within 30 days.

6. Your Rights & Choices

• Consent Is Voluntary

  • You may decline to connect your Meta account at any time.

• Revocation of Consent

  • Go to Settings → Connected Accounts → Disconnect Meta to withdraw consent.

• Data Access & Portability

  • You may request a copy of all data we have fetched from your Meta account.

• Data Correction

  • To correct any inaccuracies, update your Meta content directly on Facebook/Instagram and re-sync in XCLUSIV.

7. Security Measures

• We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) in transit and encryption-at-rest for stored data.

• Access is restricted to authorized personnel only, subject to regular security audits.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these consent terms to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes and request renewed consent if necessary.
